John 3:16 Revealed V

“….that God hath given to us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” (1 John 5:11-12)

The concluding word for us in John 3:16 says “…that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Everlasting life is the life of God (Zoe) which is the life of every one translated into the kingdom of God. In John 3:15, this life is called eternal life. We are made to know that Jesus came that we might have life and enjoy it to fullest (John 10:10b). Eternal life is a life of dominion on earth and in heaven.

“And God blessed them and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it…” God’s agenda for mankind has always been total dominion over the fullness of the earth. For this purpose He sent Jesus Christ so anyone that believes, confesses and walks with Him should regain this dominion.

God operates in the realm of eternity; when you accept Jesus Christ into your life you get connected to God’s order of life. Every seed brings forth its kind in line with the order of creation, thus as you become born again and admitted into the family of God, you begin to function in the eternity realm becoming a god (Psalm 82:6; John 10:34).

With this understanding, if God created the heavens and earth in six days, as His son or daughter, you can recreate your world as you desire, dominating your circumstances and sending poverty, sickness and so on away from your domain. Sickness cannot be deposited in God, so no spirit of infirmity and sickness can be accommodated in your body and you will never say “I am sick” (Isa 33:24). Glory to God! Think of how God operates, that is exactly how His sons and daughters should operate.

Man missed God’s kind of life after the first man and woman (Adam and Eve) disobeyed God but Jesus came so man can be reconciled to God (2 Cor 5:18a). Eternal life is a gift many have rejected (Rom 6:23). It is not too late; you have heard His voice today, do not harden your heart (Heb 3:15). If you are yet to believe in Jesus Christ, confessing Him as your Lord and Saviour, say this prayer of Salvation.

Congratulations, if you said that prayer. I pray the Lord establish you in His righteousness. I urge you to study His word (Bible), pray without ceasing and fellowship with His own in any local church as you are led by the Holy Spirit.
